Little Panda takes you on a journey through Chinese street food with lots of tasty traditional recipes. Try Chinese delicacies at various food stalls in the market, such as yuanxiao dumplings, tea eggs, noodle dishes and candied hawthorn fruit. But before the little panda and his animal friends can enjoy the dishes, you first have to prepare them. Operate the kitchen appliances and use the various ingredients with the mouse or via the touchscreen. For example, boil eggs and make a marinade from tea leaves and spices. The panda can crack the eggshells with its claws. The marinade then penetrates through these cracks into the eggs, which are also called "marbled eggs" because of this visual effect.
Prepare delicious yuanxiao dumplings and choose your preferred flavor. Yuanxiao are sweet dough balls made from glutinous rice flour, filled with sesame or peanut powder and sugar or sweet red bean paste. This specialty is traditionally served in a soup during the Lantern Festival, which is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the Chinese New Year.
First prepare a firm filling, which you cut into small pieces, dip in water and then roll in dry glutinous rice flour. Roll them in it until they have reached a round shape.
